The scale of songs of the Saistat tribe is similar to the first and second scales of the Atayal, but the scale used for their most important ceremony, Pasu-taai, is rather peculiar.  They are fond of portamento style singing.  The appears frequently in descending melodies.  Mover, They have some Pasu-taai songs sung in the parallel fourth.
